Waterloo Smiles Dentistry seems like a really nice, comfortable place to get your teeth taken care of. i saw they now accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan which is awesome! and it sounds like they do pretty much everything from regular cleanings to cosmetic stuff like Invisalign and whitening — they even do smile makeovers. the reviews mention it's really clean and the staff are super friendly. they offer things like warm neck towels and aromatherapy too, which, okay, that sounds pretty relaxing for a dental visit. plus they’re great for students at UWaterloo since they participate in the student care program and are right by an ION stop, so it's easy to get to. oh and also, it sounds like they try hard to make "difficult" or nervous patients comfortable, which is honestly really good to know. several reviewers call out individual staff members by name, so it sounds like they make you feel at home. and it looks like they speak multiple languages like Arabic, Cantonese, and Hindi.
