docbraces St. Thomas wants you to feel like family. i noticed they’re open Tuesdays and Wednesdays. they offer orthodontics for kids and adults, including teeth cleaning and retainers! it looks like quite a few reviewers mention how friendly the staff are, especially the receptionists. some patients really appreciate how accommodating they are with scheduling, specially about fitting them in quickly for retainer repairs which is nice. some reviewers mentioned Bobby in the front office for being helpful too and some love hygienist Abbey for easing anxiety! a couple of reviews mention prices or billing issues, especially around wire fixes, so maybe just clarify all that when you're there ok?
